“The Courier had difficulty in locating us despite being on a main road in Southport and telephoned the office for directions which seemed strange and which put added stress on us as we needed the bundle to be delivered before 6pm. However, the courier did manage to deliver the bundle just in time.”

“I've used Courier Express for the first time and was very impressed. The lady on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable and made booking a doddle. The pick-up was done promptly within the allocated 30 minute slot I had requested and was confirmed by email straight away. My package was delivered within an hour, which was quicker than anticipated, and I had another immediate confirmation email. Overall a very impressive and competitive service and I will use them again.”

“I could not communicate with your driver, I was told I was going to be charged extra but luckily managed to sort it out with your office and didn't have to. Delivery was 2.5 hours later than originally told.”
