“Absolutely, totally and astonishingly excellent. Let's break it down: the website: - is direct, simple to use, clear, clean - no clever 'dynamic' extras, - no distracting colours and pictures that some designer managed to sell the owner on the belief that it would enhance the user experience - all the information a user needs, well organised, clearly presented, and fully disclosed The service: - less expensive than any competitor by a margin that makes a difference to my business - pleasant and professional - online booking and payment procedure was simple to use, highly effective, quick and remarkably smooth - delivery is tracked in real-time, and provided to the customer. In summary, CourierExpert is an exemplary business! I'd urge anyone who is thinking of spending a fortune getting an MBA to do themselves a favour and see if they can go work for and study this business, especially the management. I think they will learn much more from the experience. Just to confirm, I have absolutely no affiliation with Courier Expert, and I have no benefit from writing this review except the sadly rare satisfaction of recognising and praising a company that deserves it. I am a verifiable recent business customer (Nov 2023).”

“Things do sometimes go wrong and then the way that you respond is very important. You proactively responded to my adverse feedback, you recognised that things had gone wrong and told me what you were doing about it. You have definitely made a big difference to how I felt about this delivery and I appreciate your swift, open and honets response. I will continue to use you in the future and hope that "normal service will be resumed" and everythig will run to plan as normal in future.”

“I specifically wanted a rush job, the predicted 3 hour transit would have just been OK but when the driver decided to do another job between my pick up and delivery he caused the planned onward connection to fail as he was an hour too late, this means I have wasted my money as I could have had the documents sent by Royal Mail for delivery in the morning and been no worse off as I now can’t add these documents to the others I have here and despatch to Ukraine today. It is only because I have previously had good service from you that I am not just delisting you from our approved supplier list. DO NOT EVER USE THIS DRIVER FOR OUR JOBS AGAIN”

Hi Jon, As you know, we have discussed this incident on the phone, both during and afterwards and agreed appropriate compensation. As discussed, we are very sorry about this and despite taking all the appropriate steps when selecting a driver, we are very disappointed about the outcome. Steps will be taken internally to address this kind of incident and reduce the possibility of future incidents of a similar nature.
