“The physical delivery was slightly delayed which wasn't an issue, however the tracking was. The driver (or the internal system?) didn't show the item as delivered but did show the driver as headed back home so I didn't know if the delivery had been completed. The team did contact me to confirm if all was OK. Apparently they could not get hold of the driver to confirm and neither could I. He wasn't picking up the phone nor responding to texts until after a few hours. Altogether it did get delivered but the communication left space for improvement. If this was a new staff member, he did not seem trained properly.”

“Stuart was absolutely brilliant! I texted him (quite early in the morning) if he’d ne able to collect earlier. He answered immediately and tried his best. He had another job first but turned up at mine a good 15 mins early which was so CARING of him (it was a medical sample he had to deliver to a lab). He’s definitely the best courier I have ever dealt with.”
