“The courier arrived later than the 80 minute timeframe specified, due to traffic. He was polite, but this was unnerving for me, so being kept updated on this the ETA by the company by text would have given the service 5 stars. However, the package arrived at its destination before time and the driver contacted me to ask for further instruction as the recipient was not at home to accept delivery. The company also called to suggest options after which the courier delivered to a neighbour. Head office provided me with the necessary proof of receipt.”

“The customer services people were great, very helpful and flexible when I later changed my pick up and delivery time. Unfortunately, the courier still turned up at the original time rather than the re-arranged time leading to me having to make some last minute rearrangements.”

“Fantastic. We had a delivery on the same day that needed to be in Winchester from the Midlands area. Fast, efficient and very helpful service. Will definately use them again. E-mail tracking, so we were informed at each stage where the delivery was and when it was delivered. Our customer received the order in under 3 hours and very happy. “I am a PA. I was contacted by my director who was in a conference in a hotel in Birmingham. He urgently needed an envelope to reach Edinburgh that same day. I found and contacted Courier Expert via google. They took the details, gave me a quote and an estimated time of collection and delivery. Indeed the parcel was collected, I was notifed by email of the courier's actions throughout the process. The parcel arrived at the Edinburgh offices within the estimated time slot and I received confirmation of delivery and signatory. Possibly one of the most professional, well conducted services of this type I have experienced. I would not hesitate in recommending the company. Customer service at its finest.”
