“This was the first time I have used a same day courier. Yes, pricey but I had been let down by a failed post office delivery and urgently needed to make up the lost day. I was pretty impressed though. The service was easy to book on line, a courier was allocated within minutes and the package collected about 45 minutes later. It also reached its destination at the expected time, I received GPS location and a signature scan to confirm receipt. A good experience using this service.”

“We were very grateful for the patience of our courier today! We ran into some registering clutches with our tests he was delivering which meant a 10 Mn wait for him. “Absolutely knocked out by this service!!! We used it for luggage transfers of our bags and toolkit etc between hotels whilst riding ‘King Alfred’s Way’ a 350km mainly off road cycling route around Wessex. It worked perfectly and at a fraction of the cost of other options available. Communication was great as was tracking, updates and proof of delivery. Will definitely use again on our next adventure and have already publicised it on the routes official Facebook group page. Hopefully this will generate plenty of business because these guys deserve it! 5* from me.”

“Needed to get a small package from Reigate to Maidstone urgently on Monday morning - Never needed to use an immediate courier service before. Found Courier Expert via a Google search so called and spoke with a very helpful lady and booked the service at about 09:15. My parcel was picked up at 09:50 and was delivered on site at 10:35. I was kept up to date throughout via email and was even given the actual courier's mobile number should I need to contact him/her. Overall very impressed.”
