“Clear instructions taken and immediate e mail with all booking info on, just had to press yes. Then followed by quick payment option and ack to say how long the driver would be. Progress of driver also given along with proof of delivery. Great value and nice company to desk with. Mega efficient service.”

Hi Alistair, Sorry you are disappointed with the service. The Job was booked at 15:30 and we quote up to 90 minutes for collection, and then it's a 25 minute journey (according to Google maps) through central London. So really we should have delivered by 17.30. Unfortunately on this occasion the driver delivered at 17.56, however the traffic is particularly difficult at this time of the day, but we will certainly make sure the driver does the absolutely best, should you decide to use our service again.

“The booking over the telephone was really quick and easy the only thing that let the service down was the driver getting lost. He could not find the collection point which made him late for collecting the item and members of staff had to stay over until 6.30pm. I thought all couiers had sat navs nowadays?”

“Very good service, we needed something in London urgently same day. The item arrived in London an hour later. The service was great and fixed a mistake we had at our end with freight and our usual courier. I would recommend this company and would use them again if need be.”

“Courier Expert are a fantastic company. They offer very good customer service and can always help immediately on same-day deliveries anywhere in the UK no matter how remote the place. They also give a very good tracking service as well as the number of the driver's which most companies won't do. The only negative point I have is sometimes the price seems high, but is not a huge problem seeing the excellent service provided.”

“The best thing about the service was the lady on the phone taking the booking. We were assured the driver would be to us by 1pm latest and delivery made by 3pm. This was time significant as some fitters were waiting to put the sign up. The driver eventually got to us at 2pm. Then spent almost 4 hours before the item was delivered to the destination 70 miles away.”

“Collection driver arrived 90 mins after promised time and delivery was made 60 mins after last acceptable delivery time. Would definitely not recommend. Complete waste of £100.”
