“The physical delivery was slightly delayed which wasn't an issue, however the tracking was. The driver (or the internal system?) didn't show the item as delivered but did show the driver as headed back home so I didn't know if the delivery had been completed. The team did contact me to confirm if all was OK. Apparently they could not get hold of the driver to confirm and neither could I. He wasn't picking up the phone nor responding to texts until after a few hours. Altogether it did get delivered but the communication left space for improvement. If this was a new staff member, he did not seem trained properly.”

Many thanks for your feedback, which is very valuable. This driver was indeed new and we will learn from this experience. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lack of communication.
