“My collection and delivery worked fine, but the live updates website was always showing wrong information. It would show me that the driver would get to the collection point before 14:12, but when I called Courier Expert and they said their system showed the driver would get there before 15:00. When I placed my collection I warned that the item had to be collected before 15:00 and the driver was late and collected at 15:15. At least that was ok, but it could've not been. Also, when the driver delivered the item he called me and let me know but he didn't confirm it on the system so I had to contact Courier Express and make sure he really had delivered. In the end everything worked fine, but for the price that it is Courier Express should've delivered a stunning job, not a "ok" job.”

“I've used Courier Expert twice now and they are excellent. On both occasions the drivers have been friendly and so helpful. They arrived on time, were superb at loading the parcels and kept in touch with the people expecting the parcels at the other end. The driver rang to say he had been delayed. Both times we were sending presents (Christmas and birthday) and wanted to be sure they arrived safe and on time - brilliant service, good honest price and would definitely use them again.”

“Instructions were given to collect materials from the supplier and were carried out with no issues. The part was delivered at the beginning of the delivery time slot that was given. The part was fragile, which the courier took extra when storing in hi van. Pleased all round”

“An amazing service! Would definitely recommend. I was able to get a parcel from my house to its destination 280 miles away on same the day. The online form was really easy to use and the driver was really friendly and arrived on time to get my parcel. I was able to track the service and get confirmation of delivery. Anyone who needs same day or safe, quick delivery should definitely use this company.”

“I booked a next day collection and delivery. The price was competitive. Overnight we had heavy snow however the courier still turned up & was only approximately 10 mins later than stated which I thought was excellent in the conditions. Package was delivered on time. Will definitely use again. Thank you.”

“Very bad first experience I’ll never use again. Over two hour wait for a courier to be assigned, they just left me handing, ignored my calls until finally someone picked up who wasn’t the courier himself as stated but an individual who told me he was in bed but would text the couriers number. When he finally arrived he took over two hours to follow me home from the pick up location to my home to deliver, I had to call to find out his location!!!”

Hi Natasha, I remember this booking and I also remember advising you before booking this job, that it would take up to 2 hours to get a courier to you, as you were asking for a largish type of van, at short notice in the evening. As it happened, you booked the job at 19.15, the courier was allocated at 19.59 and he collected at 21.15, which is about what we said we could do from the outset. As for the delivery time, I am a bit mystified as to why the courier took longer than you to arrive at the same delivery address, other than that he was driving a large Luton van, which may have needed a different route or to avoid congestion fees. I will investigate this aspect, as I agree it seems too long. Regarding the phone calls, we subcontracted this job to one of our suppliers, who employs a team of drivers. However, had you called us directly (rather than the subcontractor) I think we would have answered your phone calls right away. I will come back to you regarding the delivery time, after I have looked into it, with a fuller explanation. Thanks Andy.

“Second time using same day service. Used a couple of years ago to deliver fragile goods. Excellent service again thus time round. Easy booking online. Drivers details supplied. Pick up and drop off within times allocated on booking. Will not hesitate to book again.”

“Courier Expert is relatively expensive, but when you have a consignment which needs care in transit, and help at the destination, then the cost of this service is well justified. Apart from that the courier arrived on time both ends, and fulfilled the contract as specified.”
