“Very easy to organise a very last minute delivery. While looking at website I was helped with a quote using the online chat facility and then sent a link to help me to complete my booking. Received email notifications at every stage of my delivery which was very useful. Website was really easy to use.”

“Arrived on site promptly to collect the item, received a text when the parcel had been collected and another one once the item had been delivered along with a PoD - would definitely use them again and would certainly have no qualms about recommending them”

“They delivered my single tier wedding cake damaged. We had to arrange for a chef from my venue to rearrange the cake and cover up the damage. All this dispite saying repeatedly that it was a fragile package. Avoid, would never use again!!!!”

“Gave me an excellent quote, Telephone staff were friendly and very helpfull. The courier was very friendly and arrived 10 minutes early. Delivery went very smoothly with e-mail and telephone confirmation of delivery. Delivery was almost exactly at the time estimated. I would not hesitate to use Courier Expert again.”
