“I needed to send a package at short notice to be received the same day. When I called Courier Expert the call centre agent was friendly, efficient and very thorough. She was able very quickly to advise a 30-90 minute pick up time. I was kept informed throughout via email/text and calls with the courier. Collection was made within 30 minutes and the package arrived at its destination sooner than originally advised. I am very impressed by the speed and efficiency of Courier Expert and would definitely use them again.”

“Very good service - telephone enquiry was dealt with efficiently, courier arrived on time to collect (in fact 5 minutes early, but was happy to wait whilst we finished packaging) and was very polite. Package was delivered on time. Same day delivery on a Sunday is an excellent service, and one not offered by some of the large courier companies.”
