“Fantastic service!! thank you for your help in what was a complex collection and delivery. The document arrived at its destination in good time. We would have no hesitation in using you again, should the need arise. The driver for our delivery was Igor who was very helpful on the day. Your tracking service is also very useful giving me the comfort of tracking the delivery stage by stage, well done to all - I definitely would recommend Courier Expert”

“Courier did not have Blankets to cover anything up, Plus was not sure how to use racket straps to tie anything down. I had to use one of mine to secure the cargo”

Hi David, Thanks for your feedback. I have looked into this incident and it would appear no request was made by yourself for either blankets or straps, also we were advised the items would be already bubble wrapped. We can certainly provide blankets and straps at no extra cost, if this is requested the day before collection, so we have time to select a courier with the equipment needed. Thanks Andy.

“I can’t fault this service one bit. Simon our courier driver was superb. He went over and beyond the call of duty to deliver our parcels to three drops. We requested receipt logs and tracking status. All requests were fulfilled with pictures. I would highly recommend Courier Expert every time. Thank you.”
