“From first contact to delivery I found the service excellent, prompt and polite. Booked at about 0830hrs collected in Birmingham at 0930hrs delivered near Manchester by 1130hrs. Reasonable price for such a responsive service. Would highly recommend this company for its efficiency.”

“Ordered at 9:30a.m. for a collection and delivery (approx. 4 hours drive apart) and was very impressed with the way we were kept up to date as to where our courier was. Package was delivered on time.”

“The telephone service was excellent and Demi who took my call instantly made me feel that it was a professional service. All of the email notifications after also added to the reassurance of a service that was going to deliver. When the prices was quoted, I was amazed at the value for the service being provided. Although we do not use a same day courier service very often, I will 100% be a returning customer.”

“They arrived at the time specified to collect the file (which was at VERY short notice) and delivered as requested well in advance of cut off time. Also pleased that he informed me when he had delivered. Very pleased with your service. I have used before and will definitely use again. Thank you”

“Courier expert were available after 6pm and arranged for collection and delivery within a an 14 hour period. Very impressive. The pricing was excellent and the courier made all the necessary telephone calls directly to engineers on site with ETA and collection ETA. Excellent turnaround and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“After TNT let us down by delivering 1 of 2 parcels to the wrong address, Jasper arranged the driver quickly to collect the parcel from Rochester and deliver it to Ashford. It arrived by 5pm as requested by my customer. This was a time sensitive delivery and I'm thankful to Courier Expert that it reached its destination on time.”
