“Initial phonecall fantastic, very efficent. Unfortunately the collection failed as our supplier had closed by the time the courier arrived - who was outside the 90 minutes specified. I spoke to Tamara about it the following working day, and she agreed to re-action the delivery that day which was fine. We obviously let our customer down, so I asked for a credit. Tamara's manager tried to counteract that by saying that there should be a cancellation, but she would speak to Mo, who was on duty that Friday evening, and they would get back to me after that. Nothing more heard, so I assume I was right and they were wrong. Pity they didn't admit it, and I would then have given them Very Good service tick!”

“Service was excellent. The initial contact over the phone was great and everything was explained well. The call was followed up by email. Courier arrived on time to collect and deliver. All processes from start to finish was followed up by an email.”

“I used the same day service which was more than competitive with another courier company, but what was even better was the ability to communicate to the person at the end of the phone who clearly understood my requirements. Very impressed with the service from the Courier Expert, from the start of the enquiry to the goods being delivered. Will definitely use them again if we need a courier service.”

“Excellent service - We were let down very badly by another operator, who was delivering on behalf of a client who had expected his documents by 10am that morning. I rang Courier Expert at around 2pm for same day collection & delivery - the parcel was collected from the other operators depot by 3pm & delivered around 5pm.”

“This is the first time that I have used Courier Expert as I needed a same day service. I was very impressed. I was told that the package would be collected within 30-90 minutes, it was done way before that and the provisional time of 1:45pm for delivery was beaten by a mile so I am one happy customer and will be happy to use them again. It was a little on the pricey side but for a last minute same day service that more than delivered, I will be happy to pay it again.”
