“We are realists and we know that trust is not gained overnight, neither the first nor the first email and phone (ex: order) know that we are still a bit clumsy .Why were small misunderstandings in the beginning when I joined the group couriers experts on both sides. But everything was recovered and repaired .Staff was always very nice and helpful. Even when were misunderstandings, Mr. Andy was very communicative understanding and confirming us as a good coordinator .Our collaboration started on 27/01/2016 we hope that our services were as expected us being a small company with experience in the courier at the beginner level but with a strong desire to be among the best and to rise the highest standard of performance by our services in the company as becoming trusted driver at Courier Expert.I hoope I'll get more jobs for my van (somehow not stand in the parking lot to rust) and better paid according van size. And to hear only good business to flourish Dinel and Tatiana Dan”

“Hi. For me there isn't many jobs nearby. I have a better chance of getting work for a better price from CEs competitors. However I virtually always check CE in the morning . I've done a couple of backloads which have been useful. The staff are always helpful!!!”

“I have found my courier expert membership quite useful through the winter months being a landscape gardener my work is quite scares this time of year, it's really easy to sign up and accept jobs, however there is often a lack of available jobs in my area”

“Courier Expert is good if you want to earn more money above your own jobs, there are a lot of hatchback car jobs all day everyday which are good for backloads. There are small van - large van jobs but not as many as I would like although it is picking up however they go nearly as quick as they go on so you have to be quick. All in all good for those just starting out or more experienced that want to earn a bit more moeny.”

“Excellent communication between controllers and couriers , prompt payment. Downside could be more local work (Leeds) and possibly a android app for quick access”

“The staff are always Friendly and treat you like their own. I never have any problems with collections and deliveries. I would recommend Courier Expert to anyone who enjoys driving and wants extra money to fit in with their lifestyle.”

“The courier expert back office support team are warm, friendly and always are available to give any extra support and advice on route during the collection and delivery of the goods my route if I need it. From a drivers perspective it has been a very good experience. There is always room for improvement. For example, it would be good if drivers could received constant text message alerts from a courier expert traffic management team to advise of possible known traffic problems ahead during length of a couriers journeys. This will help drivers to update and manage their satnav journey times more efficiently thus saving time and money which would result better productivity and happier customers and drivers alike.”

“I'm only a reserve driver at the minute but would love to be able to pick some jobs as I know I could do better than I am.I've only been a member since the 16-11-15 but didn't start doing jobs since the 23-11-15 at which I feel Patricia have or are doing an ok job,which can only get better.”

“I Joined CE recently and was amazed at the way they work. I actually consider CE better than other companies out their. At first I thought it was a scam but after joining I saw their true colors. The staff are always Freindly and treat you like their own. Keep up the good work!!”

“I have been with couirer expert since april 2014, I have never had any problems with there system i have always get jobs allocated to me and have been called to cover work they have very good customer service team and very helpful staff. I will recommend any person to work with this company.”
