“Expert is a great courier hub to be a part of. A very busy, experienced team find the time to look after its members and make every effort to find you work. Payment of invoices excellent and always a fair rate paid. Highly recommended”

“I have been a courier for some months now and Courier Expert were the people I started with first. Joining was easy and everything was supplied to me in order to make me a success. Initially I was just dipping my feet in the water but after a couple of months I "pushed the button" and became an Independent Courier in my own right and as such now do work directly for my own customers along with getting work by other means and subcontracting to other courier companies. Although the lions share of my work comes from elsewhere now I am still an active member of the CE team and I hope to remain so for the long term. The team at base have been very helpful when there have been problems and in some cases we have been able to work pro actively to get the job done and keep the customer satisfied. I'd certainly recommend CE to any budding courier's and if you do a good job, consistently they will call on you when there is work in your area, I know, it happens regularly to me. It's just a shame I can't help all the time as I now have other customers. From a customer point of view I have never dealt with a complaint and as far as I know have never been complained about :-) The system I think is set up so well that customer complaints should be at a minimum and while I cant guarantee every courier will be the perfect example of customer service I don't think they will fall short of the mark. In my opinion CE are not only good people to work for but they are also good people to use for your courier needs......especially if you get me !!! I was only joking about the last bit really :-)”

“Hi. Courier expert is very well organize, nice people over phone always kindly, always pay what promised but if sambody like me would like work for you full time that is not possible. To less long distance courses or and those short courses to farway from my living place . I couldn't earn that £200 per week or more.”

“Controllers and always helpful and never had any issues with any of the team, they are happy to talk you through anything and resolve any issues you have on the job promptly. They always pay on time but just wish there was more work we could cover.”

“I joined Courier Expert in December 2013. I enjoy the freedom to work at my discretion, not just 9 - 5. After several months, l was elevated to Trusted Driver status, in which the jobs I applied for stood a better chance of being accepted. The schedulers are professional, friendly and return with answers to problems promptly. All paperwork has been properly dealt with and payment delivered in the agreed 30 days. On the negative side: the amount of incoming work available in my area is extremely poor. I often accept work farther away, often to my detriment. Long distant drives are few...and the return journey to beat dead mileage non - existant. In summarising: I enjoy the work...there just is not enough of it.”

“My experience with Courier Expert has been a very positive one so far, I have been working with them for around six weeks and have not encountered any problems, the internal team are all very helpful and efficient, they send the work through quickly and always supply more jobs in the area you are delivering in when possible. “I've always been about good customer service and Courier Expert help deliver that to the customer. From the level of support from the office given to the drivers... In the short space of time that I've been with Courier Expert - many of the customers have been astonished at just how soon their items have arrived, or to what lengths the drivers will go to assist should a problem occur. From a suppliers point of view, that has to be win-win.”

“Courier expert was ideal for me, when i was looking into going into becoming a self employed courier. They provided me with all the help that i required and have helped me all the way through the process. “Let me start by saying that as i write this review i have just terminated my membership because i am simply to busy with my own customers to be able to carry out work for Courier Expert, plus i obviously earn more from my customers than i would through Courier Expert . That said i would recommend that anyone starting out in the courier business could do a lot worse they gave good advice regular work, and provided you do your research and do not expect to be earning lots of money from day one, give it a go. I started off using my own car and doing courier work part time just me a phone and a computer, I now have 2 vans 2 drivers and a limited company. PI Couriers Ltd we are still a small company with big ambitions and some very happy customers. So if you want a recommendation I am happy to give one Iain Mills Managing Director PI Couriers Ltd”

“Courier Expert is a great Company, with very helpful & fantastic controllers. I absolutely love my job being a courier being out on the open road going places I have never been before. The only downside I have is I wish sameday collections were a lot earlier so a better chance of getting a return load. Because of yet I have never got one. And more work. Also the 30day payment rule is a bit of a pain.”

“Our working relationship is good overall,and your payments are prompt which is good. I still think some of your retail jobs are priced cheaply as parking and fuel makes it a loss so £5.00 is not enough when there is £1.50 for parking in some areas then Fuel and time for £3.50!!”

Hi, Many thanks for your review. Did you know you can claim parking charges on top of the delivery fee? Just make sure you ask the controller when the job is allocated or once the job is complete. As long as you claim it the same day as the delivery, we can authorise the extra payment. Regards Andy Stephens

“I enjoy this work, as it suits me to work as and when due to health conditions. I never have any problems with collections and deliveries and any small problems with pay get resolved straight away. I would recommend Courier Expert to anyone who enjoys driving and wants extra money to fit in with their lifestyle.”

“A very satisfying experience working for CE. I would like to be accepted for more jobs where the collection is early morning but 2/3 hours away and the delivery is 30/60 minutes from home. This could mean being home by the middle of the day and been able to do another job(s).”
