I am very impressed with Courier Expert. The support team are always on hand and very knowledgeable. The link between the emails and the phone works perfectly. I m very much enjoying working with Courier Expert.

In the beginning the job opportunities were a bit slow, but 3 months in I am now receiving plenty of work. A great help in starting up as a self employed courier. Would definitely recommend courier expert to anyone wanting to start up on their own.

At the beginning I actually thought the job won't worth doing at all because of the nature , but now i can say that;i am quite enjoying the job because of the flexibility, very easy, though it involves much driving, but very interesting.

I put a not so good feedback when I started but am happy with courier expert now .......it's worth all the money I paid for membership ....you just have to be reliable and honest with your ETA

Its been 2 weeks ive joinedbut i still haven't had a long distance sameday delivery job. I do put my availability on but dont get the job

Hi Ahmed, I have had a look at our records and it appears you have had 12 jobs since you started with us 2 weeks ago. I apologise if you haven't had any long distance jobs yet but please do keep trying - we try to be as fair as we can, but we do have to keep the client's best interests in mind and if there is someone with a shorter ETA then it tends to be allocated to them.

needs improvement and that is invoicing system. There are some companies in the market who are doing payments by BACS every week without self invoicing and that is ideal.

Sometimes you say collection is between 5:30 to 6. but if i collect just before 6 you launch an investigation depite meeting delivery time?

I am just getting the hang of it now think my confidence is getting stronger with each job I do / love the long distance jobs / courier expert guys are there on hand to help and do an excellent job at doing so / not had any problems and I am looking to go further with them

I came across Courier Expert about an year ago and I thought its was a scam when it got to the payment page for membership. But I gave it a try last month after reading the reviews and now I think that I have wasted a year. Its really nice to work with Courier Expert as a Self Employed same day courier. I get to meet new people and see new Places and Businesses every day and I think i will be able to make a good living from it. The support staff is very helpful but there is one thing which needs improvement and that is invoicing system. There are some companies in the market who are doing payments by BACS every week without self invoicing and that is ideal.

Overall my experience with Courier Expert has been a good one. The control/customer service staff are great, very helpful and friendly. I get offered a lot of work daily via email and telephone. At the beginning though, I wasn't receiving any jobs by email until I found at that Courier Expert is blacklisted for spam with Apple, my email address is an Apple account and so unbeknown to me, the emails were being diverted to junk. Once this issue was discovered I was able to change the settings to stop this happening. My only other issue with Courier Expert is their low quotes to the customers, meaning us drivers cut is small. Often the collection address is some distance away, and delivery may be 50 miles further away. our percentage of the low price charged to the customer often makes the job barely profitable to us.

Many thanks for your review Stephen and I am pleased to hear you have now sorted out your email issues. Regarding the quotes to customers, or prices are already higher than many of our competitors, so unfortunately there is little room to charge any more than we do. However, we have applied surcharges to certain rural or difficult to cover locations, to make the job more attractive to members and to make it worth travelling further to collect.

`Waste of time and more importantly money! I have been a courier working out of Glasgow for several years. Thought I would give courier expert a try. Called their service centre and was told there was plenty of work in the area and discussed membership type. I opted for the VIP package £179.99 as was told they get more access to jobs, you need relevant insurances to get this to prove you are a proper business . God help the people on lesser packages because you are lucky to get 2 notifications a week within 30 miles. Even then its usually for a hatchback car rate so not worth your while. On the one occasion (over the last 3 weeks) there was a job of interest I logged into the system straight away only to see the job had bee allocated, it is an absolute joke. I am a member of several other pay per job sites which are far far superior to this. When I contacted them to ask for my membership fee back as I felt I was mis-sold they told me they do not for any reason perform refunds and said at no time did they mention figures, which they are hiding behind, although there was 'plenty of work' according to the advisor. When I advised them I would be leaving feedback about my experience I was warned I would be 'delt with' accordingly. Laughable and unbelievable behaviour. I really don't know where they get their positive feedback from on this review site although I can take an educated guess. The only thing I have got from this is a constant barrage of calls from UK fuel card trying to sell me their product, this was obviously given to them by courier expert (without my consent!!) Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money or time dealing with these amateurs and look to the non-fee sites, there is much more work and no rip off joining fees.

Overall ok,the guys and girls who are in contact with us are very good,sometimes takes a little longer than expected to get an answer to email questions, I wish you were busier at present so l could do more for you..

The staff are very friendly like you were a part of their team and very helpful if any problems then you just ask them and they are right on it. The team behind the desks do all the work for you and they are getting to be a bigger concern. I wish I had heard of them years ago. I would recommend them to anyone all day long.

I honestly believe you're invoicing and payment process is too long and can be made simpler and better. It sometimes takes days after going through the whole invoicing process for the invoice to be approved and wait for sometimes over a month just to get paid.
