“We were looking for a night away for an anniversary and searched a number of areas on the internet. The Country House Breaks website was the most easy to use and delivered 4 of our 5 shortlisted hotels.”

“website and product offered good but I booked one hotel and all was fine, I booked another hotel for the same trip but this needed approval to confirm acceptance - due to very limited hotel availability in Scotland I booked the entire trip, only to find the hotel with the requested booking was then declined by the hotel, despite being potentially available on the country breaks site. This meant a lot of stress trying to find an alternative hotel for the gap in the middle of the holiday.”

“I was intending to book this as a present for my son and daughter-in-law, and I was a little unsure about making sure that my son's name was on the booking and not mine. So I decided to book by telephone. I spoke to a young lady called Julie, who was absolutely brilliant. Booking was completed with no fuss or bother, everything confirmed immediately, and Julie even suggested a 'gift' confirmation, which we have received and is pertfect. Thanks Julie.”

“When my booking failed to go through I was contacted by email to see if I needed help. I asked to be contacted by phone the following morning and received a phone call at the specified time. The problem was soon resolved by the very pleasant customer services staff.”

“This is a very good website showing a huge range of accommodation around the country. It is very easy to navigate and has lots of useful information, including recent customer reviews. I also secured a really excellent value spa break which was not available at that price directly from the hotel.”

“The booking process was easy and I received an email immediately confirming all correct details. I have been impressed with the service from Country Hotel Breaks, so much so I rang to let them know. After booking I asked if they could arrange for the twin room I had booked to be placed on the ground floor to ensure my elderly mother didn't have to walk upstairs. They got onto it straight away, copying me in on their request to the hotel. When the hotel confirmed this request was assured I then had a telephone call from CHB's to confirm. The professionalism was much appreciated in a world which often doesn't answer or confirm back.”
