“We tried to book at Seckford Hall Hotel and line engaged for hours. I requested a ring back but still no result, rang again and requested a ring back and we were assured it would be shortly. We waited that long that we booked online. Hours after we had booked we got a ring back , we nearly didn't bother and book somewhere else. This was from the hotel direct and not country hotel breaks.”
