“Burnside Hotel - Stratford.....immaculate hotel - helpful staff......only let down by a call the day before requesting an extra £20 for a larger room after the original room was confirmed”

“We could not book on line as we had an old code so I phoned your office and a very nice lady called Kate who did my whole booking in for me who was very pleasant I would recommend your company to all my friends and family. Ian Sutherland”

“From the moment we arrived at the vicarage hotel, we were given a lovely welcome by all the staff, they made us feel very welcome, the hotel is excellent, the rooms are well catered in everything, and the bar area and the dining was excellent food was fantastic, they also had live music duo who were really good, the waiting staff in the restaurant were so nice and attentive to your every need, the whole setup is a customer feel good factor, which I haven’t experienced in a UK hotel break for along time, when you come here you won’t be disappointed, the vicarage flat cap group you have got this customer very pleased, we will be back, thanks to all your team, they are a credit to you,Martin & Helen”

“A very relaxing enjoyable stay. Room was lovely, fab hotel with excellent amenities to keep 2 16 year old boys entertained and good choice and quality of food. Staff were (mostly) attentive. Only thing we'd ask to improve upon are coffee at breakfast was really weak. Service was sometimes not great and staff were a little haphazard with covid social distancing, particularly at breakfast. Overall though, a very enjoyable stay.”

“Having been given a voucher I called the reservation number to make a booking. My call was extremely well handled in a professional and seamless way. The lady who enabled the booking (Emma?) was particularly helpful, personable and efficient. She even made reference to the special occasion that this was for and wished me well. I would employ her tomorrow.”

“Hotel states Instant availability so booked 4 nights followed by a 3 night stay in another hotel, first hotel still waiting confirmation 2nd hotel confirmed immediately, not good if the first hotel doesn't confirm?”
