“Selection of hotels and offers available good. Not the easiest to find locations so may be better to break that down further, such as county by county. Otherwise very straightforward to book.”

“The whole booking process was easy to browse different areas of the UK and subsequently was easy to book. The only thing that was a bit confusing was that it took quite a while to actually confirm my booking. Apart from that I found it easy to browse and book.”

“Have had a few with you. Little surprised that via CBs you ask for full payment, yet via hotel direct they ask for a deposit leaving it in your hands should a problem arise with your attendance. Quality of your hotels first class but so they should be to match the prices. Able to tie a 3 night stay in with a gift voucher for 1 day. Veronica on reception most helpful in offering advice your directional advice top class”
