“I had a voucher for £250, Nothing in my area so had to travel 170 miles for one a night's stay and end price not same as price shown to start with so had to add to voucher. If you don't spend all voucher in time limit they just keep the money”

Our phone lines are open 7 days a week, and our agents are on hand to assist customers with finding suitable hotel options to meet your requirements. Our package prices can't change during the booking process as they are pre-negotiated rates. However, you do need to select your date beforehand to see which room type and package are available for your requested date. I am pleased to see you were able to make use of your lovely gift and do hope that you had an enjoyable stay at Lifehouse hotel.
