“I had a problem with my voucher in that our hotel was cancelled last year but you hadn’t put the value back on our voucher . Your colleague said we should have received a new voucher and organised this for us straightaway and sent it by email”

“Great service from country hotel breaks with good deals however, the hotels providing the deals need to read up on what they are supposed to provide you with ie, late check out times and which room you have booked.”
