“Holiday package very attractive, appears to be good value with lots of well chosen extras, had some problems with the payment system but probably me pressing or not pressing the right buttons, almost instant polite help messages from customer services so well done”

“We found it difficult to find a hotel mainly because there wasn’t a whole country map of hotels available. Also, it took an email to elicit that our vouchers were valid on sister hotel sites. We are very happy with the hotel we have chosen.”

“We booked a 3 night stay in late October 2022 using their online booking system. The whole procedure worked absolutely perfectly including the use of a voucher code to pay for part of the booking. A confirmation email was received immediately followed by a reminder to book breakfast on our first morning. The link in this reminder also took us directly to the restaurant booking form. An email confirmation of our breakfast booking was also received instantly. All in all very impressive.”
