“Initially disappointed after being told the stay we had booked was no longer available? But after a few emails we were found a suitable alternative location. Staff very helpful.”

“Used the website at first to find a hotel but couldn't get all the information. Called the Countryhotelsbreaks help line and the lady on the line was excellent. Dealt with my query and was able to book the hotel. Excellent service.”

“Haven’t had our break yet, but looking forward to it . Alexander House looks lovely. It’s a shame that you can’t check in until 3pm we would have liked to have lunch ! The break is a 40th birthday present for my daughter, she is also a NHS worker so well deserved. Regards Catherine Ireland”

“The web site was easy to use and once Iu had decided on the hotel and dates the booking process was straightforward. It was clearly shown how much I owed after the cost of the voucher was subtracted from the cost of the stay. So far, so good. Let's hope the stay in a few months time is a good one: the offer at the Hotel is very clear - even down to the size of the bed !”

“We had a lovely stay at the Lygon arms In Broadway, cotswold. The food was amazing and lots of friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a lovely old room but with a modern twist in the shower area. Would have benefitted from having a bath also as it was a deluxe room. Only real disappointment of the whole stay was a couple of times we requested for things for the room and the service wasn’t prompt of slick, what you would expect at a lovely establishment like this. We asked for something for the room on night 1 and took almost 1 hour 45 mins, 2 phone calls to reception and in the end a trip downstairs to get what we needed, it was only a couple of glasses and some ice so I do t understand how it could go soo wrong. Overall very pleased and just tarnished slightly by some service issues. Many thanks Lee”

“Found the site gave me the deal I was looking for quite quickly. Providing booking details could have been better as it was quite small to use on my IPhone as a person in the teatime of my years. One thing that may of been useful is a text box to tell the hotel if we were staying for a specific occasion as I am celebrating my wife’s birthday. Thank you Glyn”

“Burnside Hotel - Stratford.....immaculate hotel - helpful staff......only let down by a call the day before requesting an extra £20 for a larger room after the original room was confirmed”
