“I did an online chat for advice and it was brilliant. Then after I'd booked somebody phoned me up to check that I'd got the room I wanted. I was also offered a refurbished room for the same price. I was also advised in an email that I needed to book the spa which I hadn't realised. Overall the service I received was excellent.”

“Dunkeld House Hotel is a really lovely hotel and the grounds are also lovely. However, a few things slightly spoiled our stay. Our room (121) was dark and a bit tired - the venetian blind wouldn't open & maintenance couldn't fix unfortunately. (It did go up and down). The fan in the bathroom had to be changed as it was blowing out cold air, maintenance fixed this. On the Friday morning, there was no one to meet us at breakfast (we had booked for 1015). We were just taking a seat and finding cutlery from another table when the waitress appeared. However, she didn't offer us anything off the breakfast menu, which we didn't know about until the next morning, which was a shame as the haddock I had on the Saturday morning was delicious. Also the breakfast buffet items were lukewarm on the Friday morning but much better on the Saturday morning. I would say the hotel itself is warm and welcoming, the staff are lovely but just a few things which need improvement. Many thanks.”
