“I was appalled to find when trying to book my stay that the hotel had changed its terms and the purchased ticket was valid until 05/10/19. However CHB contacted the hotel who agreed to honour the booking CHN did everything they could. Get my booking. And succeed. So thanks to you. However.If a hotel buys into thiis. Then they should honour without question the booking.”

“I actually booked via telephone as it was advised that I may get a better deal for a single room and well as the double that I required. I spoke with an extremely efficient and very pleasant young lady called Victoria. We had a very light hearted call which put me completely at ease. This compliant on her service and pleasant nature should be recorded.”
