“Poor search function, don’t filter hotels with availability properly. When we eventually found a hotel with availability the site then stated it didn’t but offered the same date as an alternative so managed to book it. Wouldn’t have used the website but we had a voucher so needed to”

“The range of accommodation we were looking for was great. Booking was very easy and all the terms of booking was layed out clearly. Confirmation emails were received almost immediately again stipulating the extras, to avoid any miscommunication which is good.”

“Generally very pleased but our sleep was disturbed due to buzzing and humming noises from machinery next to our room 105. Also, it was inconvenient not having a glass or a toothmug in the bathroom to take tablets. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Looking for a stay close to Stratford upon Avon i came across this website which was easy to navigate and understand. On choosing a venue Toni was quick helpful and informative, resulting a booking being made and confirmed easily. I will use again and recommend. Thank you.”

“A very enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful and polite. We had a ground floor room with a patio, chairs, table and parasol. It overlooked the golf course, you had a feeling of almost being abroad. The restaurant food was delicious and would recommend eating in the hotel. Used the pool, steam room and outside hot tub. 5 stars from us.”

“We have just completed our first stay organised via Country Hotel Breaks and have just booked another one. The booking system is easy, the descriptions of the accommodation are good and the packages (eg D,B & B) are attractively priced. Being able to easily book in our dog is helpful too.”
