“In our experience, the hotels offered are of high standard and the deals on offer deliver value for money. The website is reasonably easy to use, but when looking for a hotel in a given region, the ‘whole country’ map can be ‘clunky’ to use. These days it would be helpful to put in locational search features such as hotels with electric car chargers.”

“We had a lovely room, friendly staff a d there were food options which were more interesting although more tradition things if that was what you wanted. There were leafy grounds to sit in or look out on if it was raining! Would definitely stay there again.”

“Very easy to navigate website, with all the information we required to plan a four day break in England. It was a real plus being able to find a good range of hotels - quite exceptional ones actually - all through one site so no need to have to scrabble around four different sites and all the information collated in a single account.”
