“On redeeming my birthday voucher my application went a bit awall to say the least. But after speaking to one of telephone colleges ( not sure if I should name them so I will not on this web site ) but she was brilliantly polite and helpfull. Thanks to you all was sorted with bells on. Thanks again.”

“You need to inspect the hotels that you advertise. The Blackaddie hotel is shabby, and staff unprofessional. We had the most unpleasant stay in any hotel that we have ever stayed in. The owners obviously don’t care about their guests.”

“We tried to book on your website but all the dates in October were unavailable. After much frustration (and probably a loss by some of your hotels) we managed to book via email. The reason given was that the prices were not yet set - but this is mid August and only a couple of months away from ‘our dates’.”

“I had initial difficulties redeeming my voucher with the selected hotel - however once I spoke to a member of customer services they were really helpful and reassuring - explaining the issue and helping to resolve this. I was called back as promised and now have my night away to look forward to.”

“I booked through the online service which was simple to navigate and all details fully explained. This was followed up by an e-mail and text (having selected both as contact preferences) providing booking reference and contact details for the hotel. Overall excellent service”
