“I have used various flours from this mill for decades, usually buying it in 16kg sacks collected direct from the mill. (When my 46-yr-old son was a toddler, we even went on a tour of the mill with our village pre-school). It makes lovely homemade bread, made by hand or in a bread machine. I've recently bought some Regenerative All-purpose white flour as my go-to, everyday flour - again, very good for non-bread use. Long may the mill continue its good work!”

“I started baking all our own bread and MM 8 Grain flour is our staple. We can't live without it. It has basically replaced plain flour in the bread, pancakes, scones and even cakes and cookies that we bake. I am delighted that the Cotswold Crunch is available as an organic flour now too and hope MM will soon delight us with Organic 8 grain. I often take my 8-grain bread when we visit friends for dinner and get endless compliments - although I can't take any credit, the magic happens at the mill! Following invites always come with a cheeky note 'could you bring some of that bread again? I love that MM has such an extensive and diverse range and that the website makes it so easy to choose organic/regenerative/local flours. It used to be available in local supermarkets markets, just a shame I now have to order online in bulk and pay shipping. Still, it is worth it for the absolutely delicious flour.”

“The stoneground white flour and malt rye flour are a great choice for making sourdough. They mix well together, and the quality of the flour, is fantastic. The texture is thicker, and full of goodness (hard to explain), yet having tried lots of other flours, I would highly recommend Cotswold Flour over others. I will definitely keep using and taking advice from the wonderful Elaine. Thanks”
