Trading grain and milling flour in the heart of the Cotswolds since the 1800s. “I absolutely love the Einkorn flour to make bread with. I am gluten intolerant, but using a sourdough recipe, my body can process this. It is delicious and nutritious! It makes delicious and filling pancakes as well.”

“I have used the white and wholemeal bread flours for sourdough and had fantastic results. The sourdough starter is reliable and beautifully bubbly and results in a very soft bread. Looking forward to trying more in the range of flours.”

“I have not been a customer for very long but I am very pleased with the prompt service I have received from Matthews Cotswold Flour. I am more than pleased with the bread I've made with this flour it's wonderful . The taste is great. Cotswold flour is by far the best I have ever used.”

“Ordered a few times from Cotswold Flour and never been disappointed. It starts with their wide choice of flour available for mail order. The individual loaf mixes are brilliant and work really well even in a bread making machine.
