The flour is delicious, makes the best sourdough. Only ever use Matthews flous for all my baking and sauce making. Delivery is always on time.

As a home baker, I started using Cotwold Flour during the Covid pandemic, when bread flour disappeared from supermarket shelves, and I've used them for all our bread and other baking flours since then. OK, Cotswold flours are more expensive than supermarket flour but the difference in quality is totally worth the extra cost and the customer service is excellent.

What I specially enjoy is the available choice of different flour: yes, Spelt is a favourite for everyday (white and wholemeal) but then there is Einkorn, Emmer and Ancient Cotswold Crunch. A fabulous choice for different tasty breads (I mainly use a mix) . Khorasan I now ordered but haven't tasted yet.

I have been useing Cotswold flour for a number of years now and have found the flour to be excellant. It is used for baking breads,cakes, pasties,batters, providing you select the corect flour for whatever your baking they have a product to fit the bill.

Everybody is different but Cotswold Flour offer such a wide variety there are probably numerous floors you will love, my favourite is 8 grain, rich nutty with a slightly malt flavour

The flour from Cotswold Flour is unsurpassable in quality and taste. I use seeded flour and strong white flour to make my loaves and have done so for many years. I would not use any other and I would not willingly eat any other bread. It is simply the very best

I have purchased Cotswold flour for several. Covid got me started on soda bread, then into grainy bread and now a mix of Canadian White and stoneground wholemeal. All works well. It starts with good flour and I wouldn't buy anything else.

I always use Cotswold bread flour in my machine. The results are absolutely marvellous. It has a great texture and wonderful flavour. Quality in Quality out !

We make our own bread (or at least our Panasonic does) and mostly use 8 Grain Flour. We make pizzas from Canadian White. The quality and consistency of Matthew's flour is highly dependable and we use no others.
