I have now found a company whose postage os more that half the price I last paid with Matthews Cotswold Flour.

Makes the tastiest bread ever!
Delivery was prompt and I was kept well informed by courier of dates. Flour was well packaged.
I gave a bag of Cotswold Crunch to my friend who has now ordered some for herself. She bakes from scratch whereas ì use a bread machine. .
Cotswold cruch makes a malty slightly crunchy loaf My only problem is to stop eating it!!

Delivery timescale is not acceptable. I placed an order on 26th November and it still hasn't been despatched. Whilst I have received an email apologising for the delay and offering a refund that's not really the point.
Black Friday deals, discounts etc are clearly intended to boost sales but if the resources necessary to process the increase in sales aren't in place to cope, you will inevitably end up with disappointed customers.
