Firstly I had put in two orders over a week apart but they were both delivered on the same day making me feel that they had made a special effort with my second order. This included items I wanted to send abroad which links to the other thing with which I was impressed, the quality of the packaging. “Very well packaged - bit too much plastic, I will recycle any elements possible but wonder how many will ? Ordered 7Advent cards ranging in price £3.50 to £7.99 - very good quality and lovely designs though windows on a couple so tiny am hoping cards will not be damaged when attempting to open. Big negative for me was £8.95 next day delivery charge especially as had to spend another £15 posting on to family and friends. Cannot fault choice of designs and quality.”
