“Terrific customer service after delivery delay with an online order due to industrial action. My parcel of Christmas gifts was despatched using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour delivery. When it hadn't arrived after 14 days I rang Cotswold Trading who immediately re sent the order. Delighted to say that on Christmas Eve it has just been delivered by a courier firm.”
