“Ordered two Afghan pouches. Wrong items delivered however after contacting them, they immediately sent me the correct items with a reply postage label so I was able to return the wrong items. Correct items arrived very timely and beautifully packed. It was an excellent service and Sophie abd another colleague were really pleasant and lovely people to speak with. “I ordered Advent calendars for my grandchildren. Cotswold sent them out the following day for Next Day delivery. Royal Mail did not deliver them the next day, but did deliver them the following day. Cotswold Trading service was excellent. Royal Mail informed my son that Next Day delivery was no guarantee of that! Thank you Cotswold Trading for being very helpful & sending the order out quickly.
