“I unfortunately had the incorrect parcel delivered to me. I rang and spoke to Angela who said that Sophie would liaise with me to arrange collection which Sophie did and kept me updated via emails. Angela arranged to send my correct parcel which arrived via Royal Mail. Royal Mail also collected the incorrect parcel to return to Cotswold Trading. Very helpful staff members who did exactly as they said they would. Wonderful customer service and I would definitely recommend them.”

“Website is easy to navigate, products are lovely. But I was most surprised by the quality of the wrapping in bubble wrap. These tea light holders were wrapped so securely, it was obvious they were going to be in one piece. No expense spared”
