“Bought a sample piece of furniture to go in my newly decorated bedroom. After the last piece of furniture broke on delivery and lack ok consistency over delivery this time everything was perfect. Beautiful piece of furniture & even though they said it had a scratch it was so tiny. Very happy 😃”

“Their customer service has been excellent! It was my first time buying from them and the dispatch was super fast, unfortunately Royal Mail failed to deliver but Cotswold Trading was super responsive in emails and reacted right away to dispatch a replacement which arrived immediately the next morning via DPD tracked delivery. The products were packed well and of great quality. I actually asked to give this review myself as I was rather impressed with the communication from their representative Rachel White and I would buy again for sure. Highly recommended!”
