“The ordering, dispatch time and quality of goods were all great. However, the order arrived wrapped in large amounts of plastic, both the outer bag and lots of bubble wrap. I feel that there are plenty of better options for more sustainable packaging and was disappointed by this.”

Where possible we try to reduce excessive wrapping, and we reuse boxes, tissue, and bubble wrap. It becomes more difficult when the items on the order vary in size, material etc and protecting them on the delivery journey becomes harder, but we will look into how we could better do this and minimise packaging. “Beautiful looking item, but very tricky to assemble and collapses when you have to force in a new piece. Guidance includes suggestions to enlarge slots and tape it together if necessary- which seems a design failure admission! Plus you then can't disassemble for future use, which at £17 including postage, is a very expensive and faulty one use purchase.”
