“I am not brilliant with technology and having collected all my order in the basket ( for me this was the easy part) I then tried to continue to payment- got into such s muddle I didn't even know where my basket or order had gone. So, used the old method of telephoning and the assistant that dealt with me was superb, everything was found and I paid over the phone. Result----- my order arrived 4days later. Perfect!!!!”

“The items I ordered arrived really quickly from placing my order, they were also packaged really well. Although I decided not to keep the items, only because I hadn't chosen the right colour, Cotswold were great about it, retuning my payment within a day of me returning the items. I would definitely look to Cotswold Trading when next exploring items for my home.”
