“I had to pay half the value of the goods again as customs duty!”

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with the customs duty. The VAT is taken off all overseas orders so you will always have to pay that back when the goods reach your country, this is then the full cost of the product paid - for UK orders the full cost is paid at the point of ordering. A customs fee is then added on, we are unable to predict this nor do we see any of this fee, it is decided by the customs authorities. We try to make it clear when ordering that there will always be additional customs fees, but we thank you for highlighting that on this occasion they were particularly high. Best Wishes Sophie
