“Really good service and an excellent price for a lovely bathroom mirror. I was impressed by customer service contacting me because of a small omission in the address. So often online purchases seem to be processed by machines and it was really good to see that someone was checking things out.”

“I made a purchase but unfortunately one of the items (liquid soap) had leaked upon arrival since the bottle had not been tightly closed. I sent an email with photograph to Cotswold Trading and received a phone call from customer service within five minutes of sending the email. The issue was dealt with efficiently and courteously and a replacement was despatched soon after. It is very comforting to know that any comments or complaints are dealt with promptly and in person.”
