“I recently ordered an item from Cotswold Trading which had a mark on it when it arrived and the carrier had left my parcel at a local drop off store without attempting delivery. When I returned the item and told Cotswold Trading about the carrier they replaced the item, refunded my postage and sent it by Parcelforce and I received the item the next day. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I got from Cotswold Trading, which is rare today.”
