“I used this website because I had intended to go back to the shop one day as the selection of gifts were so amazing and when I realised they were online I was encouraged to order my Christmas gifts through the website. It was so easy to do. I had to return an item but only because I didn't think the recipient of the gift would like it and was refunded straight away. The goods I ordered arrived promptly and in good condition because they were packed so well. I will definitely use them again.”

Eventually I called Cotswold Trading and they responded immediately by sending one first class by post to make sure I got it in time to give in time to start opening on 1st December.
