“Very pleased with the website. An ordered item was no longer available but I was able to select a replacement. I was notified when the parcel was dispatched. Emails were very friendly. Unfortunately the parcel then took a week to arrive instead of the stated time of two to three days. I do not feel that this was in any way the fault of Cotswold Trading but the fault of the GPO as the parcel remained in B’ham despite messages that it was about to arrive at our house. We visited the main Worcester office to try and sort things out!”

I shall definitely buy Christmas cards again as I like to buy charity cards Only niggle was that the invoice was poorly laid out so it was misleading and looked like they had taken extra money for VAT when it was actually included in the price.”

“I bought a Roger la Borde The Night Before Christmas slot advent calendar, only on day 6 and so far most of it doesn’t fit into the slots, including the construction of the house. I have had to use a craft knife to cut the pieces so that they fit. It is by far the most disappointing advent calendar I’ve ever bought and all the pleasure of using it has gone as its to much like hard work. I do not recommend buying one and definitely won’t bother next year. Definitely not worth £11.99”
