“The entire booking experience was handled expertly. When there was a technical issue with our bank (their resposibility) a phone call sorted the problem immediately. Very impressive!”

“I found the website to be very comprehensive, I chose, and booked a two night break away, only to find that I had immediately been charged for this and cancellation would not be possible without charge even after one day of booking. I have NEVER known this before and as a result, I will not be using Cotswold Hotel Breaks again”
