I ordered chairs that were in stock online only to be told the next day after money was taken that they were not in stock. Refund was given but not happy.

Only very small part of item arrived, told need to pay a lot more for whole item . Very expensive. Charged £35 to return. Will never buy again from them.

I am so sorry that you are un-happy with your purchase but as per our web site it does clearly state that its is only the book browser that is supplied, all other parts are additional. I can confirm have passed your comments on to our marketing department for review due to the confusion.
still haven't received goods I ordered. I'll stick to Amazon in future

Afternoon thank you for your review, as advised on our web site your deliver would be 10-14 working days and i can confirm they will be with you next week before the 23rd July. When placing order if you need an item for a set date please feel free to contact us at Customer Services and we can check stock and delivery dates for you.

I am so sorry we where not able to fulfil you order and that you had to call ourselves for an update, we are working closely with the suppliers to make sure that this doesn't happen and that they keep us up to date with delays and Out Of Stock Items. You are always welcome to give us call at Customer Services before you order and we will happily check stock and delivery dates for you to avoid upset and disappointment.
Since I've not yet received the goods on order it's pretty pointless asking the customer to leave a review.

This situation happened very fast and we had not been notified until today as explained when we spoke to you earlier. i am sorry we haven't been able to fulfil your order and more than happy to find you an alternative product as we are already looking for another supplier as we did not want to let you down. I put an order and after a couple of hours realised one of the lines was wrong. I send an email straight away and they responded by email right after. The order wasn't ready, it wasn't set for delivery or even the paperwork wasn't prepares I trust because it happened around midnight. they send me an invoice for £25+£5VAT for this cancellation. It is disgusting.. Nothing more than rip off.

Hi Naomi we have had unprecedented demand for tables and our manufacturers are struggling to give us any lead times. We are so sorry for the delay
Do not use this company. Delivery never arrived. Blaming courier for loss of parcel but courier were never in contact. Full of ridiculous excuses, gave plenty of time to sort out the order and finally asked for refund. No surprises I’m still waiting for the refund despite all the promises in the world to make sure I would be kept in contact and refund would be sorted. Never again!

Ordered an Operator Chair with adjustable arms. Two dispatch emails received with delivery dates missing. After several contacts chair finally arrived with arms missing. Phone calls never returned and emails always state that they should be arriving by the end of the following week. Two months later and still waiting.

Placed an order 2 months ago and STILL waiting for the product. Customer services can't tell me why yet they're happy to make sales calls to me to buy more things. I don't think so.

Hi We are so sorry you have had issues with your delivery. We are really struggling with some of suppliers due to shipments getting held up in dock and lack of raw materials. We are trying to ensure we get all orders out on time.
I ordered an item on the 22nd September 2020, it is now the 7th October and I have heard nothing about delivery. Only communication was request for a review hence the poor review.

I placed an order on 24/09/2020. It states average delivery time within 5 days (no!) On 01/10/2020, I rang to see where my order was as I hadn't heard anything. It was going to be delivered the next day. They rang back and delayed it until Monday 5th October. I rang on Monday as the delivery hadn't come and to remind them for the 3rd time that we shut at 3pm. The driver was supposed to ring back. He didn't. They apologised and said it would be fast tracked to a manager and I would receive an email the next day. I didn't receive an email so I rang again, only to be told there was no one available to speak to and they would have to get someone to ring back. Still haven't received any update and no-one has rung back. If I could give no stars I would. My advice, don't use this company.

6 weeks since my order was placed, still not delivered and no explanation of where it is despite having chased it through several times! Email sent today to cancel the order has been, so far, ignored!
