Brilliant Delivery ... stated 2/3 weeks had them in 3 days of order

It’s very good. Solid when constructed but packs down flat. Lots of space for activities/different toys etc and multi purpose (water, sand). Has three height settings so will grow with him!

Tried to make a purchase on Good Friday. Site said payment unsuccessful so tried again. The card account says two payments have been taken but no confirmation of my order being processed. Phone lines closed, Onsite help not replying. Hopeless customer service so far

As we are a UK company and it was a public Holiday I can confirm yes we were closed, I have checked our online system this morning and I can't find an order relating to your name or payments, I do apologise for any inconvenience caused but we are open today 09.00 am till 17.00 if you still need our help. I ordered a lunch trolley, have received invoice but no expected date for delivery . So as no feedback yet and no goods to rate I cant really give more than average right now.

Thank you for your comments, this item is on a 4 week lead time as per our website so we haven't got a confirmed delivery date just yet as it's a little too soon. Received a tel call to agree delivery date for the desk I ordered. The desk did not arrive on the agreed date. I called to query this to be told the desk had not left the warehouse. Another date was arranged for delivery. The desk arrived minus legs.

There was a short delay with the delivery that was down to the courier. Cost Cutters were excellent in resolving the problem and keeping me informed. Highly recommended

I have received my order three days ago.The corrieur should read the address again when he got to the address if where the order is going to He should make sure the person receivin sign in in case there is a mistake he will proof by the signature He has delivered one to wrong address he should collect it back please Thank you

I do apologise that the carrier took to the wrong flat sometimes human errors do occur and I am aware the wrong door number was put on, but we got you out a replacement and have collected it from the other flat apologies again for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards Customer services

We ordered a desk and upgraded the deliver over a week ago, we are currently still waiting for the desk to be delivered and have had zero contact from cost cutter. Doesn't fill you with confidence in their ability to provide a simple service.

Waiting a long time for my delivery without any communication

I can confirm you order has been dispatched and is out for delivery, i belive you spoke to customer servcies yesterday who advised they would be able to confirm this morning as i belive the order was only place last week and is on a 7-10 day lead time. i hope this helps. customer services
I ordered a welly rack but later received an email saying delivery would be in two month's time - this wasn not mentioned at the time of the order. I have since cancelled the order. There was also no mention that the welly rack would be coming from a third party (Seated Furniture).

I'm sorry you feel let down by the leadtime but as this item is shipped in from overseas it does state on the item that the lead time is 6-8 weeks. I would like to reassure you that Seated Furniture and Cost Cutters Uk are the same, Cost cutters Uk is one of our web sites. we are able to offer you a number of alternatives but they are slightly more costly than what you have originally paid and we did leave a message to make you aware of this and to see if you wanted to swap to an alternative. if you would like to proceed with the alternatvie please do not hesitate to give us a call back at customer service's and we are more than happy to help you. The service, the ease of ordering, delivery and quality of the product are excellent. The only difficulty was when coming to put it together, no instructions had been included and there were none to be found on line.
