“We placed an order for 10 x 4 tier antibacterial lockers for staff, Cost Cutters website was simple to use, items were easy to locate and purchase, regular progress update emails were received throughout the process and we are extremely happy with the end result”

Hi I am so sorry you have not received good service. We strive to make sure every customer is given an update. We take every complaint seriously and will have this sorted asap for you

“I placed an order on 24/09/2020. It states average delivery time within 5 days (no!) On 01/10/2020, I rang to see where my order was as I hadn't heard anything. It was going to be delivered the next day. They rang back and delayed it until Monday 5th October. I rang on Monday as the delivery hadn't come and to remind them for the 3rd time that we shut at 3pm. The driver was supposed to ring back. He didn't. They apologised and said it would be fast tracked to a manager and I would receive an email the next day. I didn't receive an email so I rang again, only to be told there was no one available to speak to and they would have to get someone to ring back. Still haven't received any update and no-one has rung back. If I could give no stars I would. My advice, don't use this company.”
