“We have been using CM Brand for years and they never let us down. They are instant on quotes and once the order has been booked in, we are kept informed all the way through with delivery dates etc. If there is a problem, such as a shipment missed a flight etc, they always keep us in the loop constantly until it is sorted. I definitely recommend. Their Customer Service is second to none.”

“Communication for an additional order was not initially great at first as the person who had dealt with me is working from home on occasion so my message went to voicemail but had no return call. I called the main office and got a response from Mathew where the order was sorted quite quickly. Order arrived within timescales and delivery was ok. The work done was the same standard as last time and everything was as should be. However the VAT is not included until the final invoice and then it is not on the same page so could get missed. It would make sense to place this on the same page so the customer knows the full total to pay.”

“I have been using CM Brand for a few years now and every time I go to them with my thoughts and ideas, they are always able to provide me with exactly what I wanted. The customer service is fabulous, the communication is brilliant and the costing is very competitive. I would happily recommend them to everyone. Give them a try, you wont be dissapointed.”

“Super easy and helpful communication. We had a tricky delivery situation to a trade fair and CM brand did everything to make this work. Also, the goodies were of good quality and we could choose from a big variation. Would definitely recommend!”
